Lord Mayor hosts Trade and Industry Dinner

The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Nick Anstee, will
host the annual Trade and Industry Dinner at Mansion House on
Monday 1 March 2010.
The speakers at the dinner will be:
- The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Nick Anstee
- Secretary of State for Business, Innovation & Skills, The
Rt.Hon Lord Mandelson
The following opportunities will be available:
- Group Photograph in Drawing Room (stills only) - 7.25 pm
- Procession through Salon into Dinner - 7.30 pm
- Speeches after Dinner in Egyptian Hall - 9.15 pm

To apply:
- Please submit requests on
the attached application form (20kb) by
12 noon Friday 26 February. Requests will
be confirmed by fax or email by 5pm Friday 26 February.
- Security passes for accredited media will be given to the media
when they arrive at Mansion House, and do not need to be collected
in advance.
At the dinner:
- Photographers and reporters attending the event are asked to
arrive at Mansion House between 6.30pm and 7pm and
should enter via the Security Lodge (facing Bank Junction), where
they will be given their security passes.
- Please ensure that all members of the media are suitably
dressed in dark lounge suits or the equivalent for ladies.
- Please also ensure that all mobile telephones and pagers are
switched off throughout the event (both inside and
outside).
