The City Banquet

The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Ian Luder, will
host the annual City Banquet on Tuesday 22 September 2009 at
Mansion House.
The speakers at the dinner will be:
- Lord Mayor of the City of London – Ian Luder
- Chairman of the Financial Services Authority – Lord
Turner
The following opportunities will be available:
- Group photograph in Drawing Room (stills only) - 7.25 pm
- Procession through Salon into Dinner - 7.30 pm
- Speeches after Dinner in Egyptian Hall - 9.15 pm

To apply:
- Please submit requests on the application form (available to
download below) by 5.00pm, Friday 18 September. Requests will be
confirmed by fax or email on, Monday 21 September.
- Security passes for accredited media will be given to them when
they arrive at Mansion House and do not need to be collected in
advance.

At the Banquet:
- Photographers and reporters attending the event are asked to
arrive at Mansion House between 6.30pm and 7pm and should enter via
the Security Lodge (facing Bank Junction), where they will be given
their security passes.
- Please ensure that all members of the media are suitably
dressed in dark lounge suits or the equivalent for ladies.
- Please also ensure that all mobile telephones and pagers are
switched off throughout the event.
