City Contact Centre Manager Jo Dufficy makes it to No 5 in UK
industry list
Jo Dufficy, the City of London’s Contact Centre Development
Manager, is the fifth most respected person in the UK call centre
industry according to a recent poll by Call Centre Helper, the UK’s
most popular Call Centre Magazine, in which almost 1,500 customers
and industry representatives voted.
As well as casting their votes, many of Jo’s peers took the time
to make clear why she is so highly thought of within the industry.
Here are just a few examples of the praise she received:
"Jo is always friendly and helpful in delivering the contact
centre service.”
"Jo has extremely innovative ideas in Managing and developing
Contact Centres around the UK.”
"Always willing to go the extra mile and pleasant to work
with.”
Jo Dufficy said:
"I am delighted to have been voted into the Top 10 and thank those
who took the time to vote, not just for me but for everyone listed
in the Top 100.
The results of this poll are a testament to each and every
person working in the City of London Corporation Contact Centre and
to the tremendous team spirit that underpins our office. I would
also like to acknowledge the incredible support I have received
from Senior Management at the City, especially Jill Bailey and
Susan Attard.
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to work with some of
the best people in the Industry and these awards recognise how hard
we all work to deliver a great service to our
customers."
City of London Corporation Contact was launched by the Access to
Services team two and a half years ago and now handles more than
100,000 calls every year, mainly from City businesses and local
residents.
