In areas where excessive speed is
considered a risk to public safety, the City of London may
construct speed humps for the purpose of reducing traffic speed. In
general, the City of London would only introduce speed humps at
junctions, particularly across the entrance to a minor street. The
City of London is experimenting with an an inflatable speed
hump.
