Did you know that our lending libraries now offer a range of
self-service options and that you can
- Make a reservation online
- Renew items borrowed either online or via our automated 24 hour
telephone renewals service. To renew items on loan click on
My Account and enter your Borrower Number
- Number of renewals of materials on loan - the limit
is five renewals but please note that you will be required to
return any item which is reserved by another customer
- Receive - by text, email or telephone - reminders of items
overdue for return
- Receive - by text, email or telephone - alerts of items you’ve
reserved which are awaiting collection
