These are estimates of the anticipated expenditure for the
financial year 2011/12 (expiring 31 March 2012) and of the
resulting service charges attributable to individual flats
according to the terms of the relevant leases. These estimates form
the basis of quarterly payments on account of service charge
collected from leaseholders. Please note however that the
actual expenditure, and therefore the resulting service charge
liability attributable to individual flats, may vary from the
published estimates. If the actual expenditure exceeds the
estimates then balancing charges will become due in accordance with
the terms of the leases and relevant legislation.
