Estate office and staff
The estate office is located on the ground floor of
Lambfold House and is open Monday to Friday 7.00am to
3.30pm. 24 hour emergency cover. Tel 020 7607 3119.

Estate surgeries, inspections and walkabouts
Paul Richardson, Resident Services Manager, holds estate
surgeries every Monday from 10am to 12 noon. If you need to make an
appointment outside of these times, please contact the Estate
Office where staff will be pleased to assist you.
Elizabeth Donnelly, Area Manager will hold estate surgeries
on 7 July from 2pm to 4pm and on 14 September, 12 October, 9
October and 10 December from 10am to 12 noon.
Inspections and estate walkabouts will be held on Monday 15
august, Monday 17 October and Monday 19 December at 12 noon. Meet
at the estate office. All are welcome.
