The estate office is located at Fairweather House and is open
from 7.00 am to 10.00 am Monday through Friday. Emergency
cover is provided outside office hours.

Estate surgeries, inspections and walkabouts
Paul Richardson, Resident Services Manager, holds estate
surgeries from 10am to 12 noon every Friday.
If you need to make an appointment outside of these times,
please contact the Estate Office where staff will be please to
assist you.
Elizabeth Donnelly, Area Manager, holds estate surgeries from
10am to 12 noon on 21 June, 19 July September, 19 October, 16
November and 21 december.
Inspections and estate walkabouts will be held on Friday 9
September and Friday 11 November 2011. Meet at the estate office.
