The Golden Lane estate which is now listed Grade 2, was
completed in the mid-1960's and comprises 557 flats and
maisonettes. It is located within the Square Mile, adjacent to the
City of London's
Barbican estate and internationally famous
Barbican arts centre. Golden Lane Leisure Centre
is available for residents to use at preferential rates.
Golden Lane Listed Building Management Guidelines were adopted
on 26 June 2007.

Estate office and staff
The estate office is located at Great Arthur House and is open
from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. Emergency cover is
provided outside office hours.

Estate surgeries, inspections and walkabouts
Sonia Marquis, Resident Services Manager, holds estate surgeries
every other Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm beginning 29 June 2011.
Angela Smith, Resident Services Manager, holds estate surgeries
every other Thursday and Friday from 2pm to 4pm beginning 23 June
2011.
If you need to make an appointment outside of these times,
please contact the Estate Office where staff will be pleased
to assist you.
Bob Jacks, Area Manager, holds estate surgeries on the third
Wednesday of each month from 2pm to 4pm
Estate Walkabouts will take place on a quarterly basis in
October, January, April and July. We will meet at the Estate Office
at 2pm.
Please take note of the following dates if you are interested in
attending the Golden Lane Walkabouts. Thursday 19 January
2012, Wednesday 18 April 2012 and Thursday 5 July 2012.
