parking bays. Blake House was built in 1922, Donnelly House and
McAuley Close were built in 1981. The estate also includes York

Information about residents parking
Estate office and staff
The estate office is located in the basement of Lynton Mansions
and is open from 8.00am to 9.00am and 3.30pm to 4.00pm, Monday to
Friday. Emergency cover is provided outside office hours. Tel 020

Estate surgeries, inspections and walkabouts
Angela Smith, Resident Services Manager. holds surgeries for
William Blake estate every other Thursday and Friday 2pm to 5pm
from 29 June 2011.
Bob Jacks, Area Manager, holds surgeries for William Blake
estate on the third Wednesday of each month from 10am to 12
noon.
All surgeries for William Blake estate are held at
Pakemen House, Southwark Estate.
Estate Walkabouts will take place on a quarterly basis in
October, January, April and July. We will meet at the Estate Office
at 10.30am.
Please make a note of the following dates if you are interested
in attending the estate walkabout. Wednesday 18 January 2012,
Thursday 19 April 2012 and Wednesday 4 July 2012.
