Carers Strategy Consultation
The City of London recognises the significant contribution that
carers make to the wellbeing of service users and residents. The
City aims to support carers to continue to provide care and protect
their quality of life.
The City of London Corporation is revising its Carers
Strategy. We need your help to shape the carers strategy and
actions going forward.
We will be holding five open meetings to discuss carers support
as follows:
- Thursday 29 September, 6.30-8.30pm Guildhall Conference Room,
Marketing Suite
- Monday 3 October, 2-4pm, Guildhall Conference Room, Marketing
Suite
- Tuesday 4 October, 2.4pm, Golden Lane Community Centre
- Wednesday 5 October, 2-4pm, Middlesex Street Community
Centre
- Monday 10 October, 2-4pm, Portsoken Health and Community
Centre
The consultation on the Carers Strategy will run until Friday 14
October 2011. Please review the
draft Carers Strategy 2011 (PDF, 424kb)
or the
Carers Strategy summary leaflet (PDF, 539kb) which outlines the
main themes and recommendations of the draft Strategy.
We would like to know your views. Please fill in the

Adult Social Care recognises the vital role of carers in
providing support to our service users. To try and ease the
pressure on carers we seek to provide information advice and
