The City of London is committed to continued reduction in
waste generation and maximising re-use and recycling of waste
material in its own operations. Work is under way to improve
recycling rates within the City of London's offices at
Guildhall.
From 1 April 2003 the City of London’s Guildhall site will see
the introduction of a new recycling scheme for all paper and
cardboard waste - which will increase its current office recycling
rates in line with best practice recycling targets.
