Assisted collections - where there is no able bodied person in a household or caretaking services available, an assisted collection service is available to residents who are unable place their household waste / recycling in the appropriate location to await collection. To apply for assistance please phone 020 7606 3110 to arrange for an inspector to visit you to assess your needs.
