The AMR reports on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme, the timetable for producing the Local Development Framework. It assesses the success with which the milestones in the timetable are being achieved. The AMR also assesses a set of national indicators and a set of local indicators which together monitor the success of existing and future planning policies.
