Annual Monitoring Report  (AMR)
The AMR reports on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme, the timetable for producing the Local Development Framework. It assesses the success with which the milestones in the timetable are being achieved. The AMR also assesses a set of national Core Indicators and a set of local indicators which together monitor the success of existing and future planning policies.

Development info
Development info is published twice yearly to give an overview of development activity in the City of London. It details graphs and key development statistics. The following editions are currently available and can be downloaded in PDF format for reading and printing purposes. 

Development Schedules
Development Schedules is published twice yearly to provide details of development sites and planning permissions, including site address, agent, floorspace, and description of scheme, in the City of London.

Retail info
Publications providing an overview of retail activity and development in the City, drawing on information from various sources, such as the Annual Shop Survey.

Retail Schedules
Produced twice yearly, in conjunction with Development Schedules, and gives details about retail floor space and units in the City of London’s development schemes.

Retail study
The City Corporation commissioned CB Richard Ellis to carry out a study of retailing in the City which was completed in December 2006. This study informed the development of the Core Strategy’s policy on retailing. The study was updated in 2010 by Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners.

Visitor trends and Hotels in the City of London
Information on the number of visitors to the City since 1999 and on the number of hotels in the City as well as their facilities and locations.

Employment and workforce
Information documents which provide an overview of employment trends within the City of London, from various sources of information.

Office Stock
This publication provides an analysis of occupied and vacant office stock. Information is provided on floorspace, number of units, and employment. Data is analysed by postcode district, industrial sector, age of building, and size of unit. Employment and floorspace information is collected through the The Department of the Built Environment Land Use and Employment Survey (LUS).

Residents 
Demographic information relating to the City of London Resident Population and Households. Publications are based on information from the Census of Population 2001 and the Office for National Statistics and Greater London Authority estimates and projections.

Housing info
Information on the characteristics and location of residential units within the City of London. This will be investigated at two levels, that of the City of London as a whole, as well as an analysis of the dominant residential areas of the City.

Travel to work
A statistical analysis of the "Special Workplace Statistics" provided by the Census of Population 2001.
