for planning permission and related consents. This section provides
information for applicants and for those who wish to comment on
current applications or check past planning decisions.
Our service
Planning applications are the subject of negotiation and
consultation to ensure that developments enhance the City’s
architectural character, whilst providing modern accommodation
appropriate to a world financial centre. 99% of applications for
planning consent are approved by the City of London within 13
weeks.
