Epping Forest Health Walks

Epping Forest are now leading Health Walks, a brisk walk that you can undertake on a regular basis, in a social, supported environment to improve your health and increase your activity levels. Brisk walking (i.e more than just a stroll) is proven to have a benefit to cardiovascular health (the heart). Our organised Health Walks offer a chance to enjoy Epping Forest, and realise many benefits such as reduced stress, make lasting friendships and feel fitter. Each of our walks are led by Natural England trained Health Walk leaders, who will know how to cater for all abilities and to ensure all walkers are comfortable, yet challenged. See our summer programme below and call us to book your Health Walk.
