Corporate Plan 2011-2015

The Corporate Plan is the City of London Corporation's main strategic planning document, providing a framework for the delivery of our services.  The Plan is informed by the sustainable community strategy for the City of London - The City Together Strategy: The Heart of a World Class City 2008-2014 - developed by The City Together (the City’s local strategic partnership) on behalf of the City’s communities.

The Corporate Plan is a clear statement of our vision, strategic aims and policy priorities for the next four years.  The Corporate Plan helps us to consider competing pressures, understand the links between them and to establish a shared understanding amongst Members and officers of the priorities going forward.  The aim of the Corporate Plan is to prioritise those areas of activity on which we will focus our attentions over the medium term and therefore it will not necessarily cover in detail all of the wide ranging areas of work in which the City of London Corporation is involved.

Corporate Asset Management Plan

The Corporate Asset Management Plan gives an integrated overview of the City of London’s use of resources, particularly property assets, primarily in respect of the City Fund (i.e. assets held under the local authority powers exercised by the City).  Police, Education and Community & Children’s Services have separate business/asset plans, however key initiatives being implemented in these areas are reflected in this Plan to ensure it gives an “over arching” view.

City of London Police Policing Plan 2011-2014

The City of London is the police authority for the City of London Police.  Each year the City of London Police produces a Policing Plan which details how policing will be delivered in the City over the next three years. Although it covers a three year period, it is reviewed annually to take account of emerging issues and to reflect the needs of City communities and an ever-changing environment.  The Policing Plan sets out the vision for policing the City of London, the priorities and how the Force is organised to deliver this plan.  There are also details of Force funding and value for money, and the measures that the Force will be held accountable to.

To view and download the Policing Plan 2011-2014 and to find out more about the work of the Force visit the City of London Police website.
