To further assist City businesses, the we operate a “Single
Point of Contact” scheme (SPOC) in support of the Local Better
Regulation Office Primary Authority scheme

This offers City businesses the opportunity of dealing with a
single Environmental Health Officer across all their City sites
when requesting health & safety information or advice. In turn
that officer increasingly deals with all enforcement issues
regarding that company as they become more aware of its
organisation, structure, policies and procedures.
