Coming from down-under, Praemium sets up UK office in centre of
London’s financial district
Founded in Australia, Praemium provides an online portfolio
administration service for financial planners, accountants,
stockbrokers, wealth managers and platform providers.
Praemium has also pioneered the provision of a Separately
Managed Account (SMA) service in Australia and the UK.
Praemium’s SMA enables investors to access professionally managed
portfolios usually only available to the ultra high net worth.
Significant changes currently occurring in the UK financial
services industry and the dominance of independent financial
advisers in financial services distribution meant 2006 was an ideal
time to launch Praemium’s UK business.
Praemium established their London operation in the City on Broad
Street Place, in offices leased from the City of London
Corporation. Peter Burtonshaw, Managing Director of Praemium UK

Praemium recently announced the appointment of a UK Board.
