If you’re looking to bring your business to the City of London
for the first time or want to move to a more suitable City
workplace, we’d strongly advise that you contact the
City Property Advisory Team (CPAT), and
download the Guidance Pack on locating your business in the
City.
CPAT has teamed up with the Tenant Assistance Program (TAP) and
EC2IT to give
practical guidance on how to source a City workplace and also deal
with common property-related issues.
To identify how much space you need in sq/ft or sq/m, you can
also use our bespoke
Space Calculator. Once complete, remember to
fill in the contact form so a member of the team can get
in touch to discuss your requirements and send you a list of
available properties. All of CPAT’s services are free of charge
and confidential.

such as: The advice you should take when sourcing a workplace,
Costs and how to control them, and Setting up your ICT
infrastructure. There are also FAQs about locating a business in
the City of London.
If you’re planning to locate in the City of London, we’d suggest
you read through these guidance notes before you start looking for
a property.
Once you’re in occupation, CPAT will keep you abreast of the
property issues which you should be aware of, and if the time comes
when you’re ready to expand or move again then CPAT can help you to
find the best accommodation for your business.
